Instructions for Letter of Credit

Once your application is approved, Delta Vacations may require a Letter of Credit (minimum $5,000) to activate your account. You will be contacted and advised if a Letter of Credit is required. In that case, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• The Letter of Credit must be issued by a reputable bank approved by Delta Vacations.
• Use the exact format and wording in the attached sample.
• Prior to issuance, a draft of the Letter of Credit, with all variables completed, must be presented to Delta Vacations for approval.

Upon receipt of your Letter of Credit by Delta Vacations and completion of any other requirements, you will be advised that your account has been activated and you will be assigned a booking code. Once you have your booking code, you can book Delta Vacations.
